*I am a Presbyterian Pastor -- currently serving as Senior Pastor of the Good Shepherd Presbyterian Church in the Greater Atlanta area.
*Prior to entering the ministry I worked in restaurant management and then as a counselor with a state prison system.
* I was ordained in 1980 and have served churches in Georgia, South Carolina and Florida. I have also worked on the staff of what is now Trinity Presbytery, serving with my wife as Co-Associate Presbyters for Youth and Conference Ministry.
*BA in Bible and Philosophy from Erskine College
*Master of Divinity, with honors, from Erskine Theological Seminary
*Doctor of Ministry from Columbia Theological Seminary
*Certification in Church Business Administration , through Union Seminary .
*I was born in South Carolina.
*I met my wife at Erskine College.
*We were married in 1975 and we have one son.
*My wife has B.A. degree in Education and Christian Education, and a Master of Education in Early Childhood. She is currently teaching in a public elementary school.
*Our son is a graduate of the University of Central Florida and is currently stationed at McDill Air Force Base in Florida.
